• Welcome to our condo located on the second floor of  Snowshoe's Soaring Eagle Lodge.

  • Our condo has a large living and dining area

  • Two spacious bedrooms

  • Two bathrooms with large stall showers, and an oversize soaking tub in the master bathroom

  • The private master bedroom has a king size bed, and a flat screen TV .

  • The Master Bath is a private bathroom with a separate shower and an oversize soaking tub for relaxing after a long day of skiing or summer fun.

  • The second bedroom has a full bed and two twin bunk beds on top.  It is a wonderful room for kids to enjoy with a reading nook, beanbag, and TV.

  • High Definition Cable TV with multiple HBO channels and DVD player

  • Central Air Conditioning

  • Wireless Internet with dedicated router for 207 Soaring Eagle only.

• House Rules

  • Check in after 5:00 PM

  • Check out before 10:00 AM

  • Maximum overnight guests: 8.  (King bed in master, two twin beds and one full bed in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa)

  • Minimum age to rent: 25

  • Children allowed

  • No pets or animals of any kind allowed

  • No events or house parties allowed

  • No Smoking allowed

• Cleaning Practices

  • Cleaning with disinfectant​

  • Check in and check out with no person to person contact

  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's at least 60 C /  140 F

  • High touch areas cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets.)

• Damage and Incidentals

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental party caused by you or your party during your stay.​

• Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in​.

  • No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.

  • Please ask us about trip cancellation insurance options.

• Remember, Soaring Eagle is located at the top of Snowshoe Mountain at over 4800 feet.  The wind and weather can be brutal even when the weather is mild in the valleys
